Some of my beasties.

The guinea pigs' cage is made from wire grids I got at Target and Coroplast (corrugated plastic) which a friend picked up for me. You can get more information about this type of cage at Cavy Cages. The pigs have been much happier in their big new cages. I got the wicker tunnel and grassy hut from Bunny Bytes and the pigs loved them, but they got mucked up fairly quickly so I tossed them out. The pigs now have plastic pigloos to hide in.

Rocket and Frosty, my two current guinea pigs. Rocket got her name because she raced around the cage like a little rocket when I tried to catch her. Once she's caught she settles down nicely in a lap. The both scream for lettuce in the morning, and they're quite plump. Frosty is male and a bit of a nippy little guy, but he's so cute with his fat cheeks I have to forgive his naughtiness.

Susan, alas, is now deceased. She looked fairly peaceful when she died, so I think it was just old age. She seemed fine.
